How to assign points for a grid question?

This is a common question from people who run standard questionnaires in Google Forms. For example, the Dutch Handedness Questionnaire has many statements with the same answer choices and each answer choice needs its own points. A quiz in Google Forms cannot give points to the columns of a grid, so you have to count the answers by hand. With Formfacade, you can use the SCORE function to assign points for the answer choices in the multiple choice grid question and calculate the score. SCORE function can be used if all the statements in the multiple choice grid question have the same points. Each person will get their handedness score on the form. Even better, the responses will be collected on your Google Forms, so the answers and the score stay together in one place.

Let's start. Create your form and follow the steps below.

Summary

If all the statements in your grid question have the same points, a quiz in Google Forms still cannot add them up for you. With Formfacade, you write the SCORE function in Calculate with the points for each answer choice and the score is calculated in the form. Create your form and complete the steps above. If you have any questions, write to support.
