How do I fix the missing "Embed" and "Customize" options in the Formfacade menu?

This is a common question from people who open the add-on right after their Google Form opens. The menu can show only Help. The options you came for are missing, so you may think the add-on has stopped working or try to install it again, when the form only needed a little more time to load. To fix this, click on the add-on icon again a couple of mins after your form opens.

If you open your Google Form, click on the add-on icon and select Formfacade - Embed Google Forms™ immediately, sometimes only the Help option is displayed in the menu. This is a Google Workspace issue.

Summary
